Returns Policy

When you receive your order from Interiors HQ we are fairly sure that you will be happy.  The vast majority of our customers are. However if it isn’t exactly what you wanted or for any reason you have changed your mind and wish to return it, we are happy to hear from you. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns providing you return your goods within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned unused with all original packaging and must not have been used, or show evidence of being used.

• All returns should be sent in a new and unused state, along with the original packaging where possible. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.  

• Non-returnable Items. We cannot accept returns on some items such as custom, special order, or clearance. Any items that are non-returnable will be clearly marked before you place your order. Interiors HQ gift certificates are also non-returnable.

Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 3 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. Interiors HQ will be liable for the return carriage.

Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 3 working days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method, including the return carriage. We examine returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

We stand by the products we sell but if you are having an issue, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it.
